We hold your appointment just for you, so we ask that if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide us with 24-hour notice (for cuts) and 48-hour notice (for color/chemical services).

There is no upfront payment required to book online appointments. However, in the event you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you 'no show', 50% of your online payment will be forfeited.
